Client Overview: A Southeast Asian company is poised to enhance its operational capabilities by establishing a small-scale production facility dedicated to manufacturing dry pet food. This strategic move aims to meet growing local demand while ensuring product quality and consistency.

GC Consulting Services: Over the next 12-14 months, GC Consulting will take the lead in coordinating this vital project. Our comprehensive services include:

- Collaborating with the client to select and install the necessary production equipment.
- Developing initial recipes tailored to the client’s brand and market requirements.
- Sourcing high-quality raw materials for production.
- Training the local team on essential quality control measures for both raw materials and finished products.
- Conducting on-site visits for initial trial runs and team training.
- Assisting in the ongoing development of a diverse range of dry food products and facilitating further sourcing of ingredients and packaging solutions.

Results: The project officially commenced in March 2025, with a targeted goal of producing the first batch of kibbles by the end of Q3 2025.
